Return & Refund Policy
At Sydney Vogue, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Returned with tags attached
- In the original packaging where possible
- Free from stains, perfume, makeup marks, odours, or damage
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Change of Mind Returns
If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or the item is not suitable, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if an item has a major problem, is unsafe, is not as described, or does not do what it is meant to do. Businesses cannot remove these consumer rights through store policies.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, colour, or style, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order once your return has been approved.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Earrings and jewellery
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable
Sale items are still covered by Australian Consumer Law if they are faulty or not as described. A store cannot simply say “no refunds on sale items” when consumer guarantees apply.
How To Start A Return
To start a return, please contact us at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The item you would like to return
- The reason for return
- Photos, if the item is faulty or incorrect
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
