If you need a quick change, email us at info@resevea.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before your order moves into processing or shipping. Once it’s already on the way, changes may not be possible.
We work fast: orders are prepared within 1–2 business days.
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4–8 business days.
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with your tracking link/number. Tracking can take 1–3 days to start showing movement, depending on the carrier.
We offer a 30-day return window starting from delivery day. To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with tags + original packaging.
